Mar. 21st, 2005 09:03 amWell, it is Monday morning and I think I’m still drunk from Saturday. Okay maybe that is an exaggeration, but I still feel a bit “off”. Mind you I was not sick once this weekend, just really drunk, then really asleep.
All in all I’d say our little St. Paddy’s day celebration went off well. No bar fights broke out and no one got sick (that I am aware of). The food was great and the beer was flowing, and apparently our friends all get along! Even our neighbors didn’t seem to be offended at any point during the day/evening!
Thanks to all who were able to make it to the party. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Of course my mom was dying laughing at me Sunday morning when I called to cancel our brunch. I was just a bit too hung over to go out to eat. So we re-scheduled for next Saturday when I’ll be able to really enjoy food again.
