As promised...

The following is my entry into the VFRd Forums Essay contest, of which I spoke previously. While I am not at all happy with the result, I submitted it none-the-less. I figured that not submitting something would be a bigger failure than submitting a piece I was less than pleased with.

Weekend recap. The Fightin' Irish strike again... kind of

So, apparently, I nearly got into two separate fights on Saturday night, within twenty minutes of each other.

( Although I should probably give you a quick run down of the weekend to bring you up to speed before I get to the fighting: )

All in all, it was an odd and interesting weekend. Fun, exhilarating, and annoying at times, but good none-the-less.
