I am in need of help from some of the academics in the group (Maeve, I'm looking in your direction!). I have found that a two volume series of books I need for research into my developing Border Reiver persona are only available through the TannerRitchie publishing house via ebook format.
I have also found that TannerRitchie sells subscription access for Universities, who in turn provide access to their students and staff.
While TannerRitchie also sells the singular volumes on their own, I simply cannot afford the $200 for the two pdf files. As this is only for a personal improvement of my SCA persona, it is my hope that someone on this board may have access to their personal or University library and be able to obtain these two volumes for me.
Specifically, I am in need of the following:
Calendar of letters and papers relating to the affairs of the Borders of England and Scotland : preserved in Her Majesty's Public Record Office, London / edited by Joseph Bain [Electronic book]. Volumes 1 & 2
